You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your Electric Dirt Bike thanks to our 30-day return policy. Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—that is, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging—in order to qualify for a normal return. ### Requirements for a Typical Return:
The odometer on the electric dirt bike must be less than five miles (8 km).
The bike needs to be free of grime, scratches, and wear and tear.
The return crate must have all original parts, chargers, keys, and toolkits.

Shipping Costs and Restocking Fees

Battery Safety and Compliance
Your electric dirt bike’s battery is its core component. Returns of high-capacity lithium-ion batteries must adhere to certain safety procedures because to stringent Department of Transportation (DOT) rules.
Before being shipped, batteries must be depleted to about 30%.
The battery needs to be either packed in its original UN-certified hazardous materials packaging or firmly mounted inside the bike.
The carrier may impose penalties or refuse the refund if these rules are not followed.
